*The men's tennis team sits at 4-2 after falling to No. 44 Georgia Tech and defeating Emory.

ATLANTA- After splitting a Valentine's Day doubleheader 1-1 at No. 44 Georgia Tech and Emory, the Panthers travel to No. 15 Oklahoma State and No. 65 Wichita State. The team will face Oklahoma State on Feb. 19 at 6 p.m. and Wichita State on Feb. 20 at 1 p.m.
The team had a strong match in the 6-1 loss against the Yellow Jackets, with several close sets at Georgia Tech. Andrei Andrukhou was the only Panthers to earn a point for GSU in the first match of the day, defeating Michael Kay 5-7, 6-4, 1-0 (12-10) in singles play. Felipe Jaworski and Nathan Rakitt also went into the tie-breaker set in their singles matches before falling to their opponents.
At Emory, GSU dominated early and won two of the three singles matches to put the team up 2-3. The Panthers then won five of the six singles matches to earn a 7-2 victory over the Eagles.
The 8-1 Cowboys are currently on a four-game win-streak, and are undefeated at home. The only loss OSU has seen this season came at the ITA Kick-Off against No. 3 TCU. Three student-athletes from Oklahoma State are ranked by the ITA, and two ranked doubles teams.
Wichita State is on a three-game win-streak, and has a 7-4 overall record. The team's losses come from No. 9 Ohio State, Purdue, No. 23 Tulsa, and No. 52 Denver. The Shockers have two ranked singles players and two ranked doubles pairs on the roster.
The Oklahoma State match is set to begin at 6 p.m. and the Wichita State match is set to begin at 1 p.m. Live stats will be available for both matches.
