* The Panthers are 4-6 while the Red Storm are 3-3.

ATLANTA – This week's midweek contest features Georgia State at home against St. John's. Originally scheduled for 3 p.m., the game has been moved back to 5 p.m. due to weather.
Georgia State (4-6) is coming off a 3-1 weekend while St. John's (3-3) rallied to defeat Georgia Tech 5-4 on Tuesday night. GSU is 3-0 all-time versus the Red Storm. The last time the two schools played was March 10, 2001 and the Panthers won, 3-0.

Notes:
Senior Katie Worley was named Sun Belt Pitcher of the Week on Tuesday. Worley threw 15.2 innings last week, including a no-hitter against Miami (Ohio). It was the second of her career.
Ivie Drake's 12 walks this season ranks 5th in the country in walks-per-game at 1.20. The catcher had just 34 walks all of last season.
Drake had a solid weekend at the Panther Invitational. She tallied six hits, three of which were home runs, and six runs for the Panthers. In the preseason, Drake was named to USA Softball's Top 50 Watch List for Player of the Year. She currently ranks third among active players with a career batting average of .445.
