ATLANTA -- Seats are filling up fast for Georgia State's annual Football Kickoff Luncheon, presented by the Panther Athletic Club and scheduled for Thursday, Aug. 25 at 12 p.m. in the 755 Club at Turner Field.
Coming off its first bowl appearance, Georgia State opens the 2016 season by hosting Ball State on Friday, Sept. 2 at 7 p.m. the Georgia Dome. Fans can get ready for kickoff by meeting coaches and student-athletes and hearing from 2015 Sun Belt Conference Coach of the Year Trent Miles.
Miles will discuss the upcoming season, and video presentations will highlight key players.
Doors open at 11:30 a.m., and the program begins at noon.
A limited number of tickets for the Kickoff Luncheon are still available for $50 per person, or $500 for a table of eight. Each table will include at least one student-athlete or football staff member.
Complimentary parking is available in the Delta Medallion Lot across from the main entrance to Turner Field.
