ATLANTA- The Georgia State men's soccer team will host Memphis on Sunday for its home opener. The team opened the season at Mercer Friday night where the Panthers fell 1-0 to the Bears on a penalty kick.
Junior Yannic Horn had four key saves against the Bears, just four shy of his single-game career high. The team had five shots during the game, with two being on target from Hannes Burmeister and Liam Fitzsimmons.
Memphis opened its season on the road at UAB, earning a 1-0 win over the Blazers. The team will be on the road until Sept. 2 when they host Belmont.
