Track and Field Completes Indoor Season at Sun Belt Championships

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - Georgia State's indoor track and field team finished the 2018 season Monday and Tuesday at the 2018 Sun Belt Indoor Track and Field Championships.

The Panthers placed eighth and recorded seven top-five individual finishes.

4th place – Mile: Angela Alonso.  4:55.92 (#2 GSU All-time indoor).  5 team points

4th place – 4x400m Relay: Kayla Jordon, Jahmee Reeves, Gabby Irving, Jada Watson.  3:51.38.  5 team points

5th place – Triple Jump: Alexus Shaw.  12.37m (#2 GSU All-time indoor). 4 team points
