Jeff Diepenbrock joined the Georgia State Athletics Department in August 2012 as a graduate assistant with the men’s basketball team before being promoted to Video Manager in July 2014. He currently oversees all aspects of video services for the team and is in charge of student managers and volunteers with the program.

This past year, he assisted on one of the most successful seasons in program history as Georgia State won 25 games, second-most in school history, won both the Sun Belt regular season and tournament titles and advanced to the third round of the NCAA tournament following an upset win over No. 3-seed Baylor.

As a graduate assistant, Diepenbrock built a library of all Georgia State games during the Ron Hunter era and assisted with camps, road trips and practice set-up. During that time he was a part of the Panthers 25-win season, the second most in school history as the team won the Sun Belt Conference regular season title and advanced to the Postseason NIT. He was in charge of all video software, including XOS, Sportstec and Synergy.

Prior to his arrival at Georgia State, Diepenbrock attended Virginia Tech and worked as a student manager with the men’s basketball team. Under head coach Seth Greenberg, Diepenbrock worked as a student manager while cutting game film and filming all practices. He also helped to coordinate film exchange.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from Virginia Tech in May 2012 before earning a Master’s of Science in Sports Administration from Georgia State in May 2014.
