Hayden

Following three seasons playing for Panther, Hayden Poole became a student manager while a senior at Georgia State with a goal of becoming a coach one day. In his current role, he assists in all facets of the program while working to finish his degree.

Saw action in five tournaments during the season, playing 14 rounds and compiling a 78.57 scoring average . . . Opened season with a tie for 50th at the Cabo del Sol Intercollegiate, shooting a final round 75 . . . Opened the GSU-hosted AutoTrader.com Collegiate Classic with a 73.

2014-15
Played in four tournaments as a freshman, finishing the season with a 79.30 scoring average . . . Earned a season-best tie for 27th at the Savannah Quarters Intercollegiate, shooting a season-low 74 in the second round . . . Shot a 74 in the second-round of the Furman Intercollegiate.

Prep
Earned all-state honors as a senior at Johns Creek High School after earned a pair of wins during his last season . . . Guided his team to a second-place finish at the 6-A GHSA Golf State Championship as a senior, a year after helping the team to a third-place finish . . . Finished second individually at the 2013 6A GHSA Golf State Championship after winning a five-man playoff . . . Finished his senior season with a 73.4 scoring average, improving by nearly a stroke on his 74.4 scoring average as a junior . . . Selected to play in the USA Junior Ryder Cup for 2013-14 . . . In 2013, earned five top-10 finishes on the Southeastern Junior Tour . . . Hayden Mackenzie Poole was born Sept. 20, 1995 in Baltimore, Md. . . . He is the son of Kim and Jim Poole . . . Has one older brother Austin and a younger sister Courtney . . . Father pitched in Major League Baseball for 11 years (1989-2000) and pitched across town at Georgia Tech (1984-88).
