Went 7-for-18 with three runs scored and two RBI in Appalachian State series, including a key hit in the Panthers' 11th-inning rally to win the series clincher.

Drove in the go-ahead runs in 7-4 win over No. 23 South Alabama (4-30-16) with a bases-loaded double in GSU's six-run sixth inning. Went 5-for-12 in the series ... Had a two-run double for key insurance runs in the eighth inning of 8-7 win over Alabama A&M (5-4-16) ... Had five hits and three RBI in Texas State series, including a key RBI on an infield single in the fifth inning of Sunday's (5-8-16) 10-9, 11-inning win.

First among Sun Belt freshmen in batting average, hits and runs and second in RBI ... Hit .297 with 28 RBI and 35 runs scored ... Had nine doubles, two triples and one homer ... Led the team with 63 hits, the second-most hits ever by a Georgia State freshman ... Also had 13 sacrifice bunts (third in the Sun Belt and tied for second in GSU history) and five sac flies ...
