Tiffany Godwin has been a member of the Georgia State athletics staff since June 2015 and is currently serving as a graduate assistant athletic trainer. She is working primarily with the Panthers’ football team during her first year in Atlanta.
Godwin is from Charlotte, N.C., and is currently working toward a Master of Science in Sports Medicine from Georgia State and plans to graduate in 2017. She graduated from East Carolina in May of 2014 with a B.S. in athletic training.
While attending East Carolina, Godwin worked with many of ECU’s sports, including football, basketball and softball. Prior to her work at Georgia State, Godwin interned at UNC Greensboro, working primarily with the men and women’s cross country teams, along with track & field teams.
Godwin is a licensed athletic trainer by the state of Georgia and is a certified athletic trainer by the National Athletic Trainers' Association. She is also a certified in CPR/first aid by the American Red Cross.
