Nick Starling joined the Georgia State Facilities and Operations staff as a graduate assistant in August 2016.
As part of his position, Starling will oversee event staff for the setup, operation and breakdown for all GSU sports and outside events. He will also serve as being the game administrator for volleyball and soccer, and secondary game administrator for football this fall as part of his position here at Georgia State
Starling graduated from Southern Wesleyan University with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Sport Management. While in school, he interned in Furman University’s athletic department with game operations. During his internship, he was responsible for facility setup and breakdown for soccer, volleyball and football. He also worked the 2015 Southern Conference Women’s Soccer tournament.
A native of Easley, S.C., Starling is pursuing a Masters in sports administration at Georgia State.
