AT GEORGIA STATE: Two-year letterwinner as a right-handed reliever ... Joined the program in 2016-17 after two seasons at Wallace State-Hanceville ... Total of six career saves is tied for ninth in GSU history, and also earned two victories.

2018: Served as the team’s closer and compiled six saves with a 3.15 ERA ... His six saves rank seventh in school history for a season and place him in a tie for ninth on the GSU career list.

Earned his first career save with a scoreless ninth inning vs. Bradley (2-16-18) on Opening Day ... Also came in for the final two outs in 9-6 win over Minnesota (2-18-18) ... Got two strikeouts to finish a 7-2 win over Eastern Illinois (3-2-18) but did not qualify for save ... Pitched 2.1 scoreless innings in 12-inning victory over Eastern Illinois (3-4-18) ... Picked up third save with 1.1 innings in 1-0 win over Samford (3-10-19). Entered with one on and one out in eighth and rolled a double play on his first pitch. 

Missed three weeks with a hand injury (vs. UTA) ... Returned vs. Georgia Tech, when he threw a 1-2-3 inning with two strikeouts in GSU’s 5-2 win, including a strikeout of Tech All-American catcher Joey Bart ... Recorded the final five outs, including three strikeouts, in 4-2 win over Mercer (4-18-18) to pick up his fourth save ... Saved his second straight game as he got the final out in a 3-2 win at No. 16 Coastal Carolina (4-20-18) ... Pitched two scoreless innings in 6-5, 12-inning win over Louisiana (4-27-18), including three of the Panthers’ school-record 18 strikeouts.

Earned his sixth save with a scoreless ninth inning in 4-2 win over Appalachian State (5-11-18) ... In GSU’s Sun Belt tourney-clinching win over Georgia Southern (5-19-18), he came on with the bases loaded and no outs in the bottom of the seventh inning and got three straight outs with a pair of strikeouts and a flyout.

2017: Pitched out of the bullpen with 19 appearances and a 2-0 record ... Earned his first victory with two innings of scoreless relief vs. Troy (4-13-17) ... Pitched scoreless eighth and ninth innings, allowing only a bunt single, to earn win vs. Georgia Southern (5-18-17).

JUNIOR COLLEGE/HIGH SCHOOL: Pitched two years for coach Randy Putman at Wallace State-Hanceville ... Had a 2-1 record as a freshman and an 0-1 mark as a sophomore ... Lettered two years as a pitcher, outfielder and infielder at Saraland High School ... Opened his senior season wit 19 consecutive scoreless innings, including a no-hitter in his first start ... Hit .405 as a junior ... Also earned all-area honors in basketball, in which he set a school record for 3-pointers in a game.
