Outdoor Track and Field 2014: Master's program student who returned for one final outdoor season with eligibility left...Was Sun Belt Conference champion in the 3,000m steeplechase (10:36.54) at San Marcos, Texas and earned All-Sun Belt honors again with a third-place finish in the 1,500m run (4:36.92)...Led team with 19 points scored at Sun Belt Championship (sixth most of all competitors)...Had the second-fastest 3,000m steeplechase time in school history with a10:25.69 in winning at Georgia Tech...Had the third-fastest time in that event at Troy (10:30.23)...Had personal-best time in the 1,500m with a 4:34.57 in finishing fifth at the Yellow Jacket Invitational...Ran the mile in the special event at Furman's meet, finishing in 5:11.12 to place seventh...Ran the 5,000m one time this season and clocked 17:38.08 to finish eighth at Auburn.

Outdoor Track and Field 2012: Won the 3,000m steeplechase at the CAA Championships in a personal best time of 10:49.58...Also finished second in the 1,500m to score a total of 18 points as the women’s team finished third at the meet...Won the 3,000m steeplechase in a meet-record time of 11:00.10 and placed sixth in the 1,500m (4:45.48) at the Southern Invitational...Won the 3,000m steeplechase in dominating fashion after lapping the rest of the field and time of 10:53.29 was seconds from a personal best...Fifth-place finisher in the 1,500m in 4:39.52 at the UGA Relays...Won the 3,000m steeplechase in 10:51.3 at the Yellow Jacket Invite, also placed seventh in the 1,500m with another PR of 4:32.08...Again won the steeplechase at the War Eagle Invite, setting another personal best time of 10:50.25.

Indoor Track and Field 2012: Ran a time of 5:12.6 in the mile at the Birmingham Invitational...Finished the mile with a time of 5:10.30 at the Vulcan Invite...Won the 3,000m (10:47.89) and placed third in the mile (5:17.63) at the Sewanee Invite.

Cross Country 2011: Earned All-CAA honors after finishing 11th at the CAA Championship with a time of 22:54...Started the season with a seventh place finish at the UGA Invite with a time of 18:14.25...Contributed a 10th-place finish to a team victory at the Auburn Invitational, running the 4K course in 15:18.2...Placed sixth at the GSU Invite with a 6K time of 22:49...Ran a 23:30 at the Paul Short Run...Recorded her best finish of the year at the Jaguar Invite, finishing second overall in 23:41...Placed second after running 19:18.82 at the Coach “O” Invite...Finished 119th overall at the NCAA South Regional meet.

Outdoor Track and Field 2011: Earned All-CAA accolades for the second year in a row in the steeplechase after finishing second at the CAA Championships in a time of 10:56.86...Had three other top-five finishes on the year...Placed fifth at the Mississippi Open with a time of 11:24.91, third at the Georgia Intercollegiate in 11:40.86 and third at the Gem of the Hills Invitational in 11:49.25...Placed seventh at the Yellow Jacket Invitational in the 1,500m with a time of 4:48.99...Earned A.D.’s Honor Roll accolades during the spring.

Indoor Track and Field 2011: Was active in five meets for the Panthers, recording three personal-best records...Led the pack in the 5,000m at the Mountaineer Open, placing first with a time of 18:57.45, a personal record...Had success with the 3,000m event each time performed...Finished fourth at the Clemson Invite with 10:48.38 mark...Later on beat that PR at the New Balance Collegiate Invite with a time of 10:40.96...Earned 10th place in the same event at the Penn State National Invite...Ran the mile at the Tiger Paw Invite.

Cross Country 2010: Turned in a strong sophomore campaign, consistently finishing in the top two on the team...Won the season-opening Struts JSU Opener 4K with a time of 14:01, defeating 52 other runners...Placed third out of 63 runners at the GSU Invitational 5K with a time of 20:32.69...Career best came at the Charlotte Cross Country Invitational 5K where she clocked a 17:53.5, finishing 13th out of 235 runners...Other 5K times were 18:54.59 at the Clemson Cross Country Invitational and 18:59.8 at the Blue Ridge Open...Finished 32nd out of 95 runners at the CAA Championship with a time of 22:46 on the 6K course...Completed the NCAA South Regional Championship in 22:50.35...Named to the Dean’s List during the fall semester.

Outdoor Track and Field 2010: During the outdoor season earned All-CAA honors for placing second in the CAA Championships in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 11:06.72...Ran a season best in the steeplechase at the Georgia Tech Invitational with a time of 10.52.48...Also competed in the 1,500-meter run during the season and ran a personal-best time of 4:44.78 at the Georgia Invitational...Made the AD Honor Roll in the spring.

Indoor Track and Field 2010: Ran the mile at the Tiger Paw Classic with a time of 5:36.46.

Cross Country 2009: Ran in all six races during a productive freshman season that saw three top-32 finishes...Started her freshman campaign with an eighth-place finish out of 110 runners at the season-opening Sewanee Invitational in a time of 19:40.87, the top freshman finisher in the field...Placed 21st out of 148 runners at the Commodore Classic in a time of 19:43.47...Had a season-best time of 19:27.71 at the Greater Louisville Classic...Two 6K times included 25:24.81 at the CAA Championships and 24:38.76 at the NCAA South Regionals...Earned a spot on the Dean’s List during the fall semester.
