Click the down arrow next to "Make A Gift" in the upper right side of the page
Select "Georgia State University Foundation"

Step 2: Fill in the Donation Information (Details below)

2. Set the DESIGNATION to: OTHER
When the OTHER box appears, type in: Women's Tennis
