Feb. 25, 2012 – Last year, the men's team won at William and Mary in the final regular season game to earn the fourth 20-win season in school history. Sophomore Devonta White scored 22 points with 5-of-8 three-point baskets to pace the 64-60 win in Williamsburg, but all six seniors played big roles. This win upped the record to 20-10 in Coach Hunter's first season.

Feb. 25, 1999 – The men's team won their conference tournament opener in Jacksonville as the Panthers were paired with the hometown Jacksonville Dolphins in Veterans Coliseum. GSU posted this 78-58 opening round win for a school record 17^th win of the season. Quincy Gause scored 20 points to lead the offense as 11 Panthers played and scored.
