Football Parking 
Season parking passes are available for Panther Athletic Club donors at the $500 level and above. Also, there are general public parking pay lots available around the Georgia Dome, as well as a staging area for buses near the facility. The cost is $10 to park in those locations. Single-game parking permits can be purchased in advance via the Georgia World Congress Center.

Handicap parking is available for $10 in the Gold Deck with a handicap permit. Patrons who park in the Gold Deck must still enter through a public gate, entry will not be allowed through Gate E.

Basketball Parking 
Season parking passes are available for Panther Athletic Club donors at the $250 level and above. Parking is available in the G Deck adjacent to the Sports Arena. The G Deck can be accessed off of Collins Street (Ground Level) or Central Avenue (Third Floor). Single ame parking for weeknight games in the G Deck is available for $3. Weekend parking is FREE in the G Deck.

The GSU Ticket Office charges admission for five varsity sports: football, men's basketball, women's basketball, baseball and softball.

All currently enrolled, athletic-fee paying students receive complimentary admission to each home event via their PantherCard. 

Admission to all other home Olympic sporting events is free to the public for regular-season contests. The ticket office also handles postseason tournament ticket requests.

Shipping and Will Call

All ticket orders placed seven (7) or more business days prior to the game will be mailed unless the purchaser requests the tickets to be left at Will Call.

All orders placed less than seven (7) business days prior to the game will automatically be in Will Call. A photo ID will be required to claim tickets.

Tickets cannot be left in Will Call under more than one name. Please note the ticket office will not be responsible for any drop off Will Call that cannot be found.

Will Call (Day of Game)

Football: Tickets may be claimed at the Georgia Dome Box Office located in the West Plaza three (3) hours prior to kickoff.

Basketball: Tickets may be claimed at the Sports Arena 90 minutes prior to tipoff.

Baseball: Tickets may be claimed at the Baseball Complex 90 minutes prior to first pitch.

Softball: Tickets may be claimed at Robert E. Heck Softball Complex 90 minutes prior to first pitch.

Player Pass List

Football: The Player Pass List entrance is located at Gate D. It opens 90 minutes prior to kickoff and closes at the start of the 3rd quarter. A photo I.D. is required to pick up tickets.

Basketball: The Player Pass List entrance is located on the first floor of the Sports Arena. It opens 90 minutes prior to tipoff and closes at the start of the 2nd half. A photo I.D. is required to pick up tickets.

Baseball: The Player Pass List entrance is located at the main entrance to the Baseball Complex. It opens 90 minutes prior to first pitch and closes at the start of the 5th inning. A photo I.D. is required to pick up tickets.

Softball: The Player Pass List entrance is located at the main entrance to Robert E. Heck Softball Complex. It opens 90 minutes prior to first pitch and closes at the start of the 4th inning. A photo I.D. is required to pick up tickets.

Recruits/High School Coaches

Football: The Football Recruit entrance is located at Gate E. It opens 120 minutes prior to kickoff and closes at the start of the 3rd quarter.

The High School Coaches entrance is located at Gate E. It opens 120 minutes prior to kickoff and closes at the start of the 3rd quarter. A valid GHSA coaches pass is required for entry.

Basketball: The Recruit/High School Coaches entrance is located on the first floor of the Sports Arena. It opens 90 minutes prior to tipoff and closes at the start of the 2nd half. 

Does an infant, or child that is held, need a ticket?

Children less than 33 inches height may enter without a ticket. A child who enters without a ticket must sit in a guardian's lap, and may not interfere with the sightlines of other guests.

Is handicap parking available for football?

Handicap parking is available for $10 in the Gold Deck with a handicap permit. Patrons who park in the Gold Deck must still enter through a public gate, entry will not be allowed through Gate E.

Do GSU students need to purchase tickets for athletic events?

No. Students enrolled full-time at GSU will have access to free single-game tickets (certain restrictions apply). Students will gain admittance to the game by displaying their valid Panther ID card.  A limited number of seats are available in the student section.

 

Is accessible seating available?

Yes, please call 866-GA-STATE for accessible seating.

I previously purchased tickets. Can I exchange them for better seats, if available?

Exchanges are not permitted.

Single Game Tickets

Single game tickets purchased through Ticketmaster -- either online at ticketmaster.com or at area Ticketmaster outlets or in person at the Box Office on the day of the game.

Group Tickets
Groups of 15 or more receive special group pricing. Group tickets can be purchased by calling 866-GA-STATE.

Away Game Tickets
Away game tickets can be purchased by calling 866-GA-STATE. Tickets are allocated based on priority points and giving history.

Charitable Ticket Program
The GSU Charitable Ticket Program gives those who are less fortunate an opportunity to attend GSU Athletic events. You can help support this program by donating season/single game tickets to a local charitable organization such as the Boys and Girls Club, Big Brother Big Sisters, Salvation Army, and many more. Payment Options
The GSU Ticket Office accepts Cash, American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa for all ticket orders. Checks are acceptable in advance only and may be made payable to GSU Athletics. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted.

Anyone paying for season tickets by credit card has the option to enroll in a payment plan. The payment plan is available by calling the GSU Ticket Office.
