2016 Football Season Ticket Renewal Information

The deadline to renew your season tickets was Sunday, May 1st, 2016. Tickets can still be renewed by calling 404-413-4020 however your previous location will be based on availability.

2016 Young Alumni Program

Georgia State University graduates from December 2015/May 2016 will have the ability to request up to two complimentary football season tickets for the 2016 season. Young alumni receiving an undergraduate or graduate degree from GSU within the last five years can become a member of the Panther Athletic Club for 50% off of the regular donation requirements while receiving the full benefits of their chosen level. Click here for more information.

May: 1st - Football season ticket renewal deadline. 9th - Seat relocation for renewed accounts, seat selection for new season ticket holders.

June 19: Order deadline to have your Football season tickets printed on souvenir ticket stock.

August: Football single game tickets on sale, Football season tickets and parking ship, Men's Basketball season ticket renewal applications mailed and available online.

September: 15th - Men's Basketball renewal deadline, order deadline to have your Men's Basketball season tickets printed on souvenir ticket stock. Deadline to make changes to your mailing address for Men's Basketball season tickets.

October: Men's Basketball single game tickets on sale, Men’s Basketball season tickets and parking ship.

Football Parking 
Season parking passes are available for Panther Athletic Club donors at the $250 level and above. New for 2016, Blue Lot and Gold Deck parking will be permit only.

There are general public parking pay lots available around the Georgia Dome, as well as a staging area for buses near the facility. The cost is $10 to park in those locations. Single game parking permits can be purchased in advance via the Georgia World Congress Center.

Handicap parking is available for $10 in the Red Deck with a handicap permit. Patrons who park in the Red Deck must still enter through a public gate.

Men's Basketball Parking 
Season parking passes are available for Panther Athletic Club donors at the $250 level and above. Parking is available in the G Deck adjacent to the Sports Arena. The G Deck can be accessed off of Collins Street (Ground Level) or Central Avenue (Third Floor). Single game parking for weeknight games in the G Deck is available for $3. Weekend parking is FREE in the G Deck.

Football: Tickets may be claimed at the Georgia Dome Box Office located in the West Plaza 3 hours prior to kick-off. The Box Office closes half-time.

Basketball: Tickets may be claimed at the Sports Arena Ticket Office 1.5 hours prior to tip-off. The Ticket Office closes half-time.

Player Pass List

Football: The Player Pass List entrance is located at Gate B. It opens 1.5 hours prior to kick-off and closes at half-time. A photo I.D. is required to pick up tickets. The Visiting Team pass list is located at Gate A.

Basketball: The Player Pass List entrance is located on the first floor of the Sports Arena. It opens 1.5 hours prior to tip-off and closes at half-time. A photo I.D. is required to pick up tickets.

Recruits/High School Coaches

Football: The football recruit entrance is located at Gate E. It opens 2 hours prior to kick-off and closes at half-time.

The olympic sport pass list is located at general Will Call between Gates B & C. It opens 2 hours prior to kick-off and closes at half-time.

The high school coaches entrance is located at Gate E. It opens 2 hours prior to kick-off and closes half-time. A valid coaches pass is required for entry.

Basketball: The recruit/high school coaches entrance is located on the first floor of the Sports Arena. It opens 1.5 hours prior to tip-off and closes at half-time.

What is the age limit for a child to get in free?

Children less than 33 inches height may enter without a ticket. A child who enters without a ticket must sit in a guardian's lap, and may not interfere with the sightlines of other guests.

When do parking lots/gates open?

Football: Parking lots open 4 hours prior to kick-off, gates open 2 hours prior to kick-off

Basketball: Parking lots open 4 hours prior to tip-off, gates open 1 hour prior to tip-off

Where is the Georgia Dome Box Office located and when does it open on game day?

The Georgia Dome Box Office is located in the West Plaza between Gates B and C. Ticket sales and general will call open 3 hours prior to the event and close at halftime. Fans are encouraged to purchase their tickets in advance to avoid long lines on game day.

Is handicap parking available for football?

Handicap parking is available for $10 in the Red Deck with a handicap permit. Patrons who park in the Red Deck must still enter through a public gate.

Are there game day shuttles available for football?

Yes, shuttle stop locations include the University’s G Deck on campus and the Commons. Shuttles will run every 15 minutes starting four hours before kick-off. They will drop off at upper Gate C at the Georgia Dome. Shuttles will run one hour after the game to return to the G Deck or Commons.

How do I purchase away game tickets for football?

Away game tickets can be purchased online or by calling the Ticket Office at 404-413-4020. Tickets are allocated based on Panther Athletic Club priority points and are shipped 2 weeks prior to the game.

Is accessible seating available?

I previously purchased tickets. Can I exchange them for better seats, if available or get a refund?

Exchanges and/or refunds are not permitted.

I am a Georgia State Faculty/Staff member, do I get a discount on tickets?

Faculty/Staff receive a 20% discout on season tickets only. All other ticket options are at regular price.

What is the double-header policy for men's and women's basketball?

Women's basketball tickets will be sold up until half-time of the women's game. At that time only men's basketball tickets will be sold. Anyone with a ticket to the women's basketball game can stay for the men's game free of cost, however they will have to sit in the upper level general admission seating area.
