Left-handed hitter who had a breakout season as a sophomore after taking over the starting duties midway through the season ... Began the week with his second two-homer game vs. Furman (4-4-18) with solo homers in the second and fifth innings, along with a two-run single in the third. Was intentionally walked twice in the game ... Followed with a solo homer and a two-run shot vs. Arkansas State (4-6-18) ... Added a three-run double, a single and two walks in Saturday’s 16-7 victory ... Home run No. 12 came in Friday win over Louisiana as he hit a three-run blast in the fifth inning to pull GSU within one; Panthers went on to win 6-5 in 12 innings.

Hit his 13th homer in the regular-season finale at Georgia Southern, helping the Panthers to a 5-4 win that qualified them for the Sun Belt Championship.

Homered twice and drove in six of the Panthers’ seven runs in 7-2 win over South Alabama (3-23-18). Had a solo homer in the first inning, a three-run blast in the third and a two-run single in the fourth while catching Hunter Gaddis’ complete game ... Had two run-scoring singles vs. Kennesaw State (3-27-18).

Went 6-for-12 in the Jacksonville series with three RBI, four runs scored and his first homer of the season ... 6-for-12 with a homer, two doubles, four RBI and five runs in three-game sweep of Eastern Illinois ... In Sunday’s 12-inning win over Eastern Illinois, he threw out two runners attempting to steal to end the eighth and ninth innings and picked off another runner at third base for the third out in the seventh. Then in the 12th inning, after EIU put the leadoff runner on, he started a 2-6-3 double play on a bunt attempt. At the plate, he had two doubles, one RBI, two walks and three runs scored ... Hit a solo homer in first inning of 2-0 win over Samford (3-9-18) ... Went 9-for-15 with a homer and four RBI in UT Arlington series ... Homered vs. Georgia (3-20-18).

Team's leading hitter at .319 with five homers and 22 RBI ... After taking over as the regular catcher on March 26, he hit .339 and slugged .530 with five homers and 20 RBI in 32 games ... Community Coffee Sun Belt Player of the Week on May 9 after going 11-for-21 with three homers in five games. Went 5-for-7 with a homer and a double in two games at Minnesota, then homered in both wins at Texas State ... Part of the only triple play in school history May 6 at Texas State, third to home to first to third.

In 10-inning win over BYU, (2-20-17) he delivered a two-out, pinch hit single to tie the game at 2-2 in the sixth inning ... Came through with another game-tying pinch hit vs. Army (3-12-17) in the eighth inning ... Had a string of six straight hits over three games, beginning when he went 3-for-4 with three RBI and two runs scored vs. South Alabama (3-26-17) ... Followed with a pinch-hit single and then a two-run homer vs. Kennesaw State, and then a double in his first at-bat vs. Coastal Carolina ... Had three hits and a career-high four RBI vs. Arkansas State (4-9-17), followed by two hits vs. Mercer (4-11-17) ... Went 4-for-6 with an RBI in doubleheader vs. App State (4-22-17) ... Homered vs. ULM (4-28-17).

Saw limited duty as a freshman ... Primarily used as a pinch hitter, playing in 27 games ... Collected six hits, including two doubles, and four RBI ...
