ATLANTA - Georgia State's women's basketball team fell to Little Rock 65-50 at the GSU Sports Arena Thursday night. Kierra Henry led the Panthers with a 17-point performance.

Georgia State led 12-11 at the end of the first quarter, but Little Rock outscored Georgia State in the final three periods to move to 3-0 in Sun Belt play while the Panthers dropped to 0-3.

Henry was one of two Panthers to finish in double-digits, a mark she has reached in 12 of 14 games this season. She was 5-for-9 from the field and 7-for-9 at the free throw line. Henry added four assists and a pair of steals.

Freshman Deja Mitchell finished with 10 points and four rebounds. Shay Fluker and Janessa Murphy each totaled seven points and Francesca Minali was the team's leader in rebounds with six.

Georgia State is at home again on Saturday as Arkansas State comes to town. Saturday's game is scheduled for a noon start and will be on ESPN3 and 1340 The Fan 3.
