Outdoor Track and Field 2011: Saw final year of eligibility cut short due to injury...Named to the Dean's List during the Spring 2011 semester...Earned the Bruce LaBudde Sportsmanship Award at the annual GSU Awards Banquet...Also earned a place on GSU's All-Service Team for the 2010-11 school year.

Indoor Track and Field 2011: Missed final indoor season due to injury.

Cross Country 2010: Saw yet another cross country season get cut short due to injury...Competed in four meets before suffering a leg injury that sidelined her for the remainder of the fall season...Placed in fourth place out of 53 runners at the Struts JSU Opener 4K with a time of 14:25...Placed ninth out of 63 runners at the GSU Invitational 5K with a time of 21:19.97...Had a season best time of 18:27.89 at the Clemson Cross Country Invitational 5K to place 13th out of 86 runners and first on the team...Concluded her season at the Charlotte Cross Country Invitational 5K with a time of 18:52.9 finishing 54th out of 235 runners.

Outdoor Track & Field 2010: Competed in two meets during the outdoor season...Ran 4:50.97 in the 1,500-meter run and 10:34.14 in the 3,000-meter run at the CCU Shamrock Invitational...At the CAA Championships ran a 4:51.43 in the 1,500...Earned Dean's List honors in the spring.

Indoor Track & Field 2010: Returned from year-long injuries to compete in one meet during the indoor season...At the Virginia Tech Challenge ran the mile in 5:21.31 and the 3,000-meter run in 10:49.41.

Cross Country 2009: Redshirted the cross country season due to injury...Earned a spot on the fall semester's Dean's List. 

Track & Field 2009: Redshirted both track and field seasons with injury.

Cross Country 2008:  Competed in four meets during the cross country season...Finished fourth with a time of 21:25 at the CAA Championship, earning All-CAA honors...Placed second overall out of 75 runners at the 5K Crimson Classic, finishing in 17:29.19...Was the first Panther to cross the finish line, 12th overall out of 265 runners, at the 5K Greater Louisville Classic with a time of 17:40.85...Finished 34th out of a field of 300 at the Penn State Nationals, running the course in 21:24...Was the second Panther to cross the finish line at the NCAA South Regionals, placing 21st overall in 21:40.30.  

Outdoor Track & Field 2008: Won the CAA Championship in the 5,000 and qualified for NCAA Regionals...Finished the 5,000 in 17:27.90 at NCAA Regionals...Had a season-best time of 2:24.97 in the 800 at the Yellow Jacket Invitational...Ran a 4:39.20 in the 1,500 at Yellow Jacket Invite...Finished with a time of 10:05.36 in the 3,000 at the Rod McCravey Invitational...Was the first Panther to cross the finish line at the FSU Snowbird in a time of 17:04.81...Received CAA Runner of the Week honors...Received Faculty Scholars honors (4.0 GPA) in the spring semester and CAA All-Academic honors.

Cross Country 2007: Finished 11th at the CAA Championship, crossing the finish line in 22:25.20...Finished third on the team with a time of 22:35.0 and 69th overall at the Chile Pepper Invitational...Qualified for NCAA Regionals and shaved off even more time, finishing in 22:07.40...Received CAA Runner of the Week honors...Received Faculty Scholars honors (4.0 gpa) in the fall semester and CAA All-Academic honors.

Outdoor Track & Field 2007: Outdoor track season was highlighted by a first-place finish in the 1,500 at the FSU Snowbird Invitational (4:41.74) and a third-place finish in the 1,500 at the CAA Championships (4:35.29) earning All-CAA track honors and setting a new Georgia State 1,500 record...Also ran 9:59.18 for 3,000 at the Penn Relays and 17:37.06 for 5,000 at the Yellow Jacket Invitational...Earned Dean's list honors for the fall semester and garnered the CAA Commissioner's Academic Award.

Indoor Track & Field 2007: In indoor track, ran a personal best of 5:05.15 in the mile at the Virginia Tech Challenge.

Cross Country 2006: Finished sixth overall and ran 22:24 in the 6K at the CAA Championships, earning her All-CAA honors as well as the Rookie-of-the-Year Award...Opened the season with a top-20 finish at the Tennessee Invitational, finishing with a time of 19:25 and ran a season-best time in the 5K (19:04) at the Greater Louisville Classic...Ran a season's-best time of 22:12 for 6K at the Chile Pepper Invitational...Earned Dean's list honors for the fall semester and garnered the CAA Commissioner's Academic Award.

Prep: Was an Honor Roll student at Ancaster High School in Ontario..Finished 10th in Ontario at the OFSAA Cross-Country Championships in 2005...Was a four-time Cities Champion in cross country. In track, won the 2006 Ontario South Region championship in the 3,000..Competed at the Canadian Junior National Track Championship and ran 4:36 in the 1,500 and finished sixth in the 3,000 with a time of 9:56.
