Terrance Woodard appears to have made his move into the starting lineup along the defensive line for his junior season with the Panthers.
The 6-4, 320-pounder has played in 19 of the first 22 games in GSU history, after making his move to make the inaugural Panther team. Last year, he made 21 tackles, forced a fumble and had a tackle for a loss.
He was a three-time All-Region two-way lineman at Irwin County High in south Georgia. Woodard recorded 22 "pancake" blocks as he flattened would-be tacklers as an offensive lineman, then stayed on the field and made 39 tackles, eight quarterback hurries and three sacks.
Make your move to watch more of Woodard and the Panthers' defensive moves at the Georgia Dome this season, starting with the opener on Thursday, August 30.
