Senior Associate Director of Athletics - Finance & Administration
Joined GSU Staff: April 2008

A member of the Georgia State Athletics staff since 2008, Marvin Lewis was elevated to the position of Senior Associate Director of Athletics for Finance and Administration in July 2011 after previously serving as Associate AD.

Lewis, a Certified Public Accountant, joined the GSU staff from the Atlanta firm of Frazier & Deeter, LLC.

He is a 2004 graduate of Georgia Tech, earning his degree in Management with high honor. While at Tech, Lewis was a four-year letterwinner in basketball, a three-time Academic All-Atlantic Coast Conference honoree and a starter on the Yellow Jackets' 2004 NCAA runnerup squad.

Lewis is a native of Germantown, Md. He and his wife, Anessa, reside in Mableton.
