Offensive coordinator John Bond was one of Coach Curry's first hires as the veteran play caller and quarterback tutor now has 27 years college coaching experience.

Bond has made his moves and had nationally ranked offensive units as the coordinator at Georgia Tech, Northern Illinois, Army and Illinois State. His coaching experience helped GSU average almost 28 points a game in the inaugural 6-5 season.

A former high school all-state quarterback on his father's Rogers High School team, Bond played at Arkansas before an injury ended his career. He gained his first coaching experiences there with the Razorbacks. Counting that Arkansas start, GSU is his ninth school in his coaching carousel.

John and his wife, Jennifer, have two daughters and a son.

Make your move to watch the Panthers at the Georgia Dome this season, starting with the opener on Thursday, August 30.
