ATLANTA – After his 33-point performance, basketball standout Ryan Harrow is the Georgia State Student-Athlete of the Week, powered by Georgia Power.

In the Panthers' lone game last week, Ryan Harrow led the Panthers to a 79-73 victory over Old Dominion of Conference USA. Harrow scored 33 points on 9-of-14 shooting, making 14-of-15 from the free throw line. In 37 minutes, he added four rebounds, three assists and two steals.

Harrow's 33-point total was one shy of his career-high set earlier this season. He made six straight free throws in the final 1:40 to secure the victory. His 14 free throws are tied for the fifth most in a single game in school history and part of the 32 made by the team, the most for the Panthers since 2004 and the 10th most all-time.

For his efforts, Harrow earned College Sports Madness Sun Belt Player of the Week on Monday.

For the season, the junior from Marietta, Ga., is averaging 19.8 points per game (fourth in the Sun Belt) while shooting 46.5-percent from the floor and 81.5-percent from the free throw line (sixth in the Sun Belt).

The GSU Student-Athlete of the Week, powered by Georgia Power, is selected each week.
