ATLANTA - Georgia State's track and field team will be competing this weekend in the two-day Tiger Track Classic hosted by Auburn.

Georgia State is sending 26 student-athletes to the Tiger Track Classic. GSU will be competing in three events Friday with the Hammer Throw, Triple Jump and Javelin all beginning at 5 p.m. ET. LaPorscha Wells will be looking to break her own school reacord in the Hammer Throw for the third straight week.

On Saturday, the first action for GSU begins at 12:30 p.m. ET with Ra'Breekia Harrison and Ashlan Rosier taking part in the Long Jump. Events continue throughout the day with the final event, the 3000m, scheduled to start at 5:50 p.m. ET.
