ATLANTA- Georgia State women’s soccer senior Kylie Ruffule was named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District Division I Women’s Soccer Team, announced by College Sports Information Directors of America Thursday.

Ruffule was named to the First Team for Division 4, having the second highest GPA of any student-athlete honored with a 4.23.

The McDonough, Ga. native played in every match during her career at GSU and has accumulated over 3,250 minutes on the field. She has fired 15 shots and has netted three career goals.

Ruffule was one of three CoSIDA Academic All-District selections for GSU this fall, with men’s soccer players Max Hemmings and Frank Rosenwald also being honored.

This is the first time since 2011 that a women’s soccer student-athlete has been named to the Academic All-District Team.
