AUSTIN, Texas - Lotte Meyberg of Georgia State's cross country and track and field teams was named to the 2017-18 Google Cloud Academic All-America Team by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA).

Meyberg had a great season for both the cross country and track and field teams at GSU this year while maintaining a 4.22 GPA as a nutrition major.

She was named All-Sun Belt for cross country in the fall after a top-10 finish at the 2017 Sun Belt Championship. Meyberg also won the Mississippi College and JSU Foothills 5K's during the cross country season.

During the indoor track and field season, she placed top-5 in the 3,000-meter twice and top-3 in the mile once.

In outdoor track and field, Meyberg excelled in the 3,000-meter steeplechase and finished fifth in the event at the 2018 Outdoor Sun Belt Championship.

Meyberg marks the sixth Panther to earn Academic All-America honors this season. Only seven schools in Division-I had more recipients.
