MOBILE, Ala. - Lotte Meyberg gained All-Sun Belt honors with a 15th place finish at the 2018 Sun Belt Championships, hosted by South Alabama.

Meyberg led the Panthers to a fourth-place team finish which earned GSU nine Bubas Cup points and one Rivalry Series point since GSU finished ahead of rival Georgia Southern in the team standings.

Meyberg's top-15 finish was her second in as many seasons competing at Georgia State. She also garnered all-conference honors at last year's Sun Belt Championship. Meyberg ran the 5K in 18:08.20.

Angela Alonso came in at 16th at 18:10.84. She just narrowly missed her second career All-Sun Belt recognition. Marine Garnier was GSU's third-best runner, placing 30th with a time of 18:52.98.
