Top Georgia State University alumni playing currently pro basketball

Traditionally, every week we bring you a list of the top former Panthers players who continue their career in pro basketball.

   #1. Ryan Harrow (6'2''-G-91, graduated '15, plays pro in Greece) could not help Peristeri GS (10-3) in their last game. Despite his very good performance, Peristeri GS lost 73-87 on the road to the lower-ranked (#3) PAOK. Harrow was the top scorer with 18 points. He also added 9 assists in 26 minutes. It was Peristeri GS's first loss after nine consecutive victories. Harrow has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages 15.4ppg, 2.5rpg, and 5.5apg in 11 games he played so far. Harrow is a naturalized Jamaican.

   #2. Eric Buckner (6'10''-C-90, graduated '12, plays in France) led his French team AS Monaco Basket to a victory against the fourth-ranked Partizan (1-2) 72-68 in the Eurocup last Tuesday. Buckner scored 11 points, had 7 rebounds and made 2 blocks. AS Monaco Basket (2-1) is placed first in group E. There are only three games left until the end of the Eurocup Top 16. So now every game will be critical. This season Buckner averages 8.3ppg, 4.3rpg, and 2.3bpg.

   #3. Ousman Krubally (6'8''-F-88, graduated '10, currently in Italy), who plays in the Italian Serie A was not able to help Pistoia Basket (4-11) in their last game. Despite Krubally's very good performance, the bottom-ranked Pistoia Basket lost 78-82 in Avellino to the second-ranked Sidigas AV. He was the top scorer with 21 points. Krubally also added 6 rebounds and made 2 blocks in 35 minutes. Krubally has relatively good stats this year 12.4ppg and 10.8rpg in 15 games. He is a naturalized Gambian.

   #4. Willie Clayton (6'8''-F-92, graduated '17, plays pro in the United Kingdom) was the major contributor in a Manchester Giants' victory against the closely-ranked Cheshire Phoenix (7-9) 99-91 in the British BBL in Friday night's game. He recorded a double-double by scoring 19 points and getting 18 rebounds; quite an impressive performance considering it's only Clayton's second season in pro basketball. Manchester Giants (7-7) is placed seventh in the BBL. This season Clayton has very high stats. He averages 17.6ppg, 15.5rpg, 1.9apg, and 1.5spg.

   #5. Jordan Session (6'8''-F-96, graduated '18, plays in Denmark) contributed to an easy victory against the second-ranked BMS Skovlunde (3-9) crushing them 108-70 in the Danish BasketLigaen last Tuesday. Session scored 12 points, had 9 rebounds and made 3 blocks in 21 minutes. Team FOG Naestved (10-7) is placed fourth in ProA group. This year Session averages 5.0ppg, 7.6rpg, and 1.4apg in five games.

   #6. Isaiah Williams (6'2''-G-95, graduated '18, currently in Bulgaria), who plays in the Bulgarian NBL was not able to secure a victory for Yambol (3-9) in their last game on Sunday. Despite his good performance, Yambol was defeated 86-82 in Varna by the league outsider Cherno More (#9). Williams scored 10 points and added 3 passes. Williams has relatively good stats this season 12.2ppg, 2.0rpg, and 3.6apg. Worth to mention Williams played also at Eurobasket Summer League, which helped him get the job in pro basketball.

   #7. Experienced Leroy Davis (6'7''-F-81, graduated '03, plays pro in Mexico) managed to help Lenadores de Durango in a victory against the fourth-ranked Correcaminos 103-95 in the Mexican LNBP (second division) in Saturday night's game. Davis scored only 2 points in 6 minutes on the court. This year Davis averages 3.8ppg and 2.0rpg in 22 games.

   #8. Curtis Washington (6'10''-F-91, graduated '15, plays in Bahrain) led Al-Nweidrat to a victory over the league outsider Samaheej 86-74 in the Bahrain Premier League last Thursday. Washington was MVP of the game. He recorded a double-double by scoring 32 points and getting 18 rebounds. Washington also added 5 assists and 2 blocks. This season Washington has very high stats. He averages 36.3ppg, 18.7rpg, 2.7apg, and 1.3bpg. Washington is a naturalized Guamanian.
