Georgia State football and men's basketball games as well as other athletic events and special broadcasts will be heard live on flagship station WIFN-AM, 1340 The Fan 3, as well as a network of radio stations across the state in 2014-15. WRAS-FM 88.5 will carry home football games while WFOM-AM, 1230 The Fan 2 will also carry away football games.

The football broadcast will include a 30-minute Panther Pregame show, culminated by head coach Trent Miles' interview leading up to kickoff. The postgame show will also include a live Trent Miles interview.
Dave Cohen enters his 32nd season as the radio play-by-play announcer for Panther Athletics and 17th year as the Georgia State Broadcast Coordinator in the 2014-15 school year.Alongside Cohen on football broadcasts are 680 the Fan's Brandon Leak, former WXIA-TV sports reporter Sam Crenshaw, and former Atlanta Falcon Harper LeBel. Joining Cohen as a color commentator for Panther men's basketball home games is former player Rodney "Truck" Turner while Leak will is on the call as color analyst both home and away.
For men's basketball, all games will be broadcast on 1340 the Fan 3. The broadcasts begin 30 minutes prior to tipoff with the Panthers Pregame Show which includes coach Ron Hunter. Women's games are also broadcast live, home and away. A pregame and postgame show with coach Sharon Baldwin-Tener are part of the regular broadcast. A slate of Georgia State Panther baseball and softball games will also be broadcast again in 2015, with a full lineup of over-the-air and digital streaming options to be announced at a later date.
Cohen, a veteran radio reporter of the Atlanta sports scene, currently is employed at Georgia State in the Department of Alumni Relations as well as Georgia State Athletics. He handles the broadcast details for all live athletics radio events.
Cohen added Panther football to his schedule following 12 seasons as a member of the Furman football radio network in Greenville, S.C. Throughout his tenure in Atlanta radio, Cohen has worked for WRAS-FM, WGST-AM, WCNN-AM, WSB-AM, and WGUN-AM. He is also the host for the weekly coaches shows for football and basketball heard on 1340 the Fan 3. The shows re-air at 6 a.m. each Saturday morning on 680 the Fan. And Cohen hosts Georgia State Football Weekly, a digital television show that airs online each Wednesday during the football season at GeorgiaStateSports.com.
