Georgia State football will be heard on 92.9 THE GAME (WZGC-FM) during the 2019 season while men's basketball games will air on WAOK-AM 1380. Women's basketball will air live on WSTR-FM HD2 for the 2019-20 season. WRAS-FM, 88.5 will carry home and night football games along with select basketball games.

All home football broadcasts will begin with a 90-minute Panther Pregame show, culminated by head coach Shawn Elliott's interview leading up to kickoff. All road games will include a 30-minute Panther Pregame Show. The postgame show will also include a live Shawn Elliott interview.
Dave Cohen enters his 37th season as the radio play-by-play announcer for Panther Athletics and 22nd year as the Georgia State Broadcast Coordinator in the 2019-20 school year.Alongside Cohen on football broadcasts are 92.9 The Game's Sam Crenshaw and Harper LeBel who also played for the Atlanta Falcons.
For men's basketball, all games will be broadcast on WAOK-AM 1380 with select games being heard on WRAS-FM 88.5. The broadcasts begin 30 minutes prior to tipoff with the Panthers Pregame Show which includes coach Rob Lanier.
Women's games are also broadcast live, home and away. A pregame and postgame show with coach new head coach Gene Hill are part of the regular broadcast on WSTR-FM HD2. A slate of Georgia State Panther baseball and softball games will also be broadcast again in 2020 with digital streaming options.
Cohen, a veteran radio reporter of the Atlanta sports scene, currently is employed at Georgia State in the Department of Alumni Relations as well as Georgia State Athletics. He received the prestigious Sparks Award in 2016 and was inducted into the Georgia Radio Hall of Fame (GRHOF) in 2017. He handles the broadcast details for all live athletics radio events.
Cohen added Panther football to his schedule following 12 seasons as a member of the Furman football radio network in Greenville, S.C. Throughout his tenure in Atlanta radio, Cohen has worked for WRAS-FM, WGST-AM, WCNN-AM, WSB-AM, and WGUN-AM.
Assisting Cohen with Georgia State Panther baseball and basketball radio broadcasts as studio hosts are Gary Lowe, Matthew Simmons, Chris Culwell, and Amy Walker.
