Set a pair of single season records during his sophomore season, establishing a new mark with 73 RBIs and with 91 hits, tying for the single season record after breaking the mark of 85 entering the year...Led the team with a .408 batting average, the third highest in school history and one of just six players to ever bat over .400...Also led team with 145 total bases, second most in school history and just six shy of the school record of 151...Led the Panthers with 20 doubles, tied for fifth most in school history, while scoring 59 runs, tied for the sixth most in a single season...His 223 at bats were the fifth most in a single season...Had a 15-game hitting streak snapped on April 23rd at VCU, the second longest on the team during the 2010 season...Went 5-for-6 with four runs scored against North Carolina Central on March 7th...Set a career-high and was just one shy of a school record with seven RBIs against Air Force on April 17th...Over the first weekend April, went 8-for-17 with four home runs and 12 RBIs against Towson...Followed that by going 4-for-4 with two runs scored at Auburn...Belted home runs in each of the final two regular season games against William & Mary on May 22 & 23.

Named to the All-CAA Third Team as a utility player after playing several positions for the Panthers during this freshman year...Went 4-for-14 in the CAA Championship, including a home run against No. 27 George Mason...Helped lead the Panthers to their first-ever CAA Championship, going 3-for-4 with three RBIs and two runs scored in the CAA Championship game against UNC Wilmington...Earned CAA Rookie of the Week honors on March 16th after going 9-for-16 with four runs scored and six runs batted in...Played in 52 games, making 37 starts...Batted .310 with 30 runs scored and 25 RBIs...Finished the year with 13 doubles, tied for third most on the team...Hit first career home run against Towson, helping the Panthers clinch a spot in the CAA Championship, driving in a career high five runs...Stole five bases and walked 16 times for a .377 on base percentage, while slugging at a .458 clip.

Named East Cobb Baseball Most Valuable Player for 2008 ... Earned all-county first team honors as a senior, while leading Kell High School in RBIs and belting out eight home runs...Helped lead his high school squad into the playoffs in each of his last two seasons...Played summer ball for the East Cobb Mets.
