Career: Six-time All-CAA performer and four-time champion...Two-time competitor in the NCAA National Championships and NCAA Regional meets...Been a part of three All-CAA 4x400-meter relay teams...Won the long and triple jumps at the 2011 CAA Championships and the triple jump at the 2012 conference meet...Holds GSU's school record in the triple jump...A part of the 2009 CAA Champion 4x400m relay team.

Outdoor Track and Field 2012: Qualified for competition in the NCAA National Championships in the triple jump for a second consecutive season...Finished 11th out of 48 at the NCAA East Regional meet in the triple jump...Broke her own school record in the triple jump at the NCAA Regional meet by leaping 13m (42’ 8”)...Defended her triple jump title at the CAA Championships...Started the season at the UGA Relays, placing 10th in the 400m...Finished sixth in the triple jump at the Yellow Jacket Invite with a best leap of 12.07m (39’ 7.25”)...Competitor in the triple jump (11.85m) and long jump (5.42m) at the Mississippi Open...Fourth place finisher in the triple jump (12.26m) at the War Eagle Invite, where she also competed in the long jump.

Outdoor Track & Field 2011: Turned in career year that included advancing to the NCAA National Championships in the triple jump and winning the long and triple jumps at the CAA Championships...Advanced to the NCAA Nationals after placing seventh at the NCAA East Regionals with a GSU-record leap of 12.77m...Earned All-CAA honors in the triple jump at the CAAs with a then-GSU record jump of 12.37m...Went on to break school record again at the Clemson Tiger Qualifier with a leap of 12.70m that qualified her for the NCAA East Regionals...Mark earned her CAA Field Athlete of the Week honors...Jumping in the long jump for the first time all year, earned All-CAA honors after winning the event with a jump of 6.06m...Also earned All-CAA honors in the 4x400-meter relay, running the lead leg, as the Panthers claimed third place.

Indoor Track and Field 2011: Four meet participant...Had a personal best in the triple jump at the Penn State National Invite, leaping 12.24m, which tied her for seventh place...Jumped for third place at the Clemson Invitational with a 12.02m mark...Finished fourth in the 400m at the Mountaineer Open and also competed in the Penn State National and New Balance Collegiate Invites...Placed eighth at the Clemson Invitational in the 300m dash...Helped form a 4x400m relay team at the Mountaineer Open that won the contest with a 3:54.13 mark...Also was a member of two other 4x400m relay teams during the season.

Outdoor Track & Field 2010: Competed in four meets during the outdoor season...Clocked a time of 56.33 in the 400-meter run at the CAA Championships to finish fifth...All-CAA performer in the 4X400m relay after relay team finished third with a time of 3:46.51...Finished second in the 400m at the Gem of the Hills Invitational, crossing the finish line in 56.32...Finished third in the triple jump at the CCU Shamrock Invitational with a time of 11.97m...Helped 4x100 relay team to a third place finish with a time of 46.19...4x400 relay team finished sixth at the same meet with a time of 3:51.61...4x400 relay team won at the War Eagle Invitational with a time of 3:44.05.

Indoor Track & Field 2010: Competed in four meets during the indoor season...Won the college division triple jump at the New Balance Invitational with a leap of 12.13m...Ran a season best in the 400m with a time of 55.92 at the New Balance Invitational, finishing second in the college division...Also helped the 4x400-meter relay team win the college division at the New Balance with a time of 3:48.13...At the Clemson Games meet ran a 25.42 in the 200m, finishing ninth...Ran a time of 57.95 at the ETSU Niswonger Invitational in the 400m, finishing seventh...Also competed in the triple jump at the Virginia Tech Challenge, finishing ninth with a leap of 11.70m (38-04.75).

Track & Field 2009:  Competed in the 300, 500 and 4x400-meter relay races and the triple jump during the indoor season...Posted a 41.42 time in the 300m at the Clemson Invitational...Recorded the team's second-best time of 1:17.12 in the 500m at the Clemson Games...Posted the top three season finishes in the triple jump and set a new school record with a leap of 12.18m at the New York Fast Track meet...Ran the third leg of the indoor 4x400m relay and helped post the team's season-best mark of 3:46.79 at the New York Fast Track meet...Competed in the 400m, 4x100m relay, 4x400m relay and the triple jump during the outdoor season... All-CAA performer in the 4x400m...Placed first in the 4x100m relay at the CAA Championships...Posted a season-best 45.80 at the Penn Relays as one leg of the 4x100m Relay team to finish 12th out of 81 teams...Ran the first leg in the 4x400m at the Penn Relays, finishing in 3:41.60 to qualify for the NCAA Regionals...Helped to post the season's second best 4x400m time of 3:44.83 at the Georgia Tech Invitational...Posted the team's top three marks in the triple jump and recorded a season-best 12.17m (39'11.25") a the Pepsi Florida Relays.

Prep: Attended Cedar Shoals High School and competed in softball and track and field, earning three letters...Won the state championship during her senior season in the triple jump...Was named the Northeast Ga., Track Athlete of the Year in 2007-08...Was the state runner-up in the 400-meter dash during her junior year...Qualified for the 4x400m as well...As a senior qualified for the state championships in the 400m, 200m, 4x400m and 4x100m.
