The Panthers are 11-5-1 (3-0-1 SBC) this season following a 3-0 victory over Hartwick last weekend.
The team has continued to have a high-powered offense, ranking 19th in the nation and first in the conference for its scoring offense. Georgia State is led behind Rashid Alarape’s nine goals and Hannes Burmeister’s eight, two of which he scored over Hartwick.
GSU has outscored its opponents by more than double and has fired over 200 shots this season, outshooting its opponents by more than 30 shots.
The Panthers are solid on the defensive side of the ball as well, shutting out seven opponents, three of which were conference opponents. The team is led behind goalie Yannic Horn, who ranks first in the conference for shutouts this season.
