Georgia State will look to keep momentum from a 2-1 effort last weekend that featured wins over UAB and Samford. Leading the way for GSU was senior Kristin Rehse who won all three of her singles matches. Rehse is now 6-2 on the season with four wins in the one position that have helped Georgia State to a 5-4 overall record.

The Panthers will face a trio of tough foes this weekend, headlined by the 10-0 and eighteenth ranked Tennessee Volunteers.

GSU will also be tested by the University of Miami of the ACC. Rehse and Damira Muminović both earned singles victories over Hurricane players in the ITA Southeast Regional last October.

“This is a big opportunity for us to play three great teams”, said Jason Marshall. “We know we are capable of playing on that level, and if we stay positive and trust what we have worked on we will see the good results come.”
