ATLANTA – Georgia State’s indoor track and field team will compete in the Jaguar Invitational Sunday at the Birmingham Crossplex.
The Panthers will be taking part in their fourth event of the indoor season after having last weekend off. Last time out for GSU was two weeks ago at the Samford Open where Ashlan Rosier set a new GSU record in the long jump.
Last year at the Jaguar Invitational, Georgia State set a new meet record in both the weight throw and the shot put. GSU also recorded top-five finishes in the 4x400m relay, long jump, 800m, 5000m and the mile.
