ATLANTA - Kristin Hawkins and Reagan Morgan were selected to the 2019 Google Cloud Academic All-District 4 Team announced by Collegiate Sports Information Directors of America Thursday.

Hawkins holds a 4.06 GPA in her first year of Post-Baccalaureate education after earning a perfect 4.0 GPA during her undergraduate career. This is her second straight season being selected to the All-District 4 Team. After being named 2019 Preseason All-Sun Belt, Hawkins made highlight play after highlight play with her glove at third base for the Panthers this season.

Hawkins owned the team's second-best batting average and was tied for the home run lead. She homered in three straight games this season.

Her game-ending diving catch to lead GSU to a win at Kennesaw State was featured on SportsCenters' Top 10 plays as the No. 2 highlight.

Morgan's selection to the All-District 4 team marks her third straight season earning the honor. Earlier this week, Morgan graduated from GSU's Honors College with a 3.94 GPA as a biology major.

Morgan ranked third on the team in batting average this season. She ended her career as a Panther with 126 consecutive starts. Reagan joined GSU’s 200 hit club this season becoming just the 12th Panther to reach the mark.

Both Hawkins and Morgan are eligible for the Google Cloud Academic All-America team which is announced June 6.
