ATLANTA- The Georgia State men’s tennis team earned five all-conference awards for the 2018 spring season, the league announced Wednesday afternoon.

Senior Andrei Andrukhou was tabbed to the All-Sun Belt Singles First Team, being named to the list for the second year in a row. The Minsk, Belarus native has posted eight victories at the No. 1 position, winning five of his last six finished matches. Andrukhou leads the team in clinches with three.

Senior Sebastian Acuna and junior Giles Hussey earned spots on the All-Sun Belt Singles Second Team, with Acuna leading the team with two awards. Hussey leads the team with 14 wins, playing primarily at the No. 3/ 4 positions and winning his last six matches.

Acuna was named to the All-Sun Belt Doubles Second Team with partner Andrei Duarte, earning eight wins at all three positions. The pair has won five of their last six matches, clinching two doubles points this season.

First-year head coach Jonathan Wolff was named Co-Coach of the Year, sharing the honor with Georgia Southern head coach Sander Koning. This is the second year Georgia State has claimed the Coach of the Year award, with previous head coach Brett Ross being tabbed last year.
