ATLANTA -- As Georgia State prepares for Saturday's season opener, this week's episode of the Remy Lazarus Show features junior safety Cedric Stone.

The Panthers travel to Tennessee to kick off the 2019 season with a 3:30 p.m. game at Neyland Stadium on ESPNU. Georgia State's home opener is Saturday, Sept. 7 vs. Furman at 7 p.m. at Georgia State Stadium.

Each week, Lazarus, the senior safety and team captain, introduces one of his teammates. Stone, this week's guest, is Remy's running mate at safety. A native of Charlotte, N.C., Stone is coming off a season-ending knee injury suffered in Game 2 last September. In the off-season, in addition to his rehabilitation, he moved from cornerback to safety.

Season, single-game and group tickets for the Panthers' six-game home slate at Georgia State Stadium are on sale now. Visit GeorgiaStateSports.com or call 404-413-4020.
