ATLANTA -- In 16 days, before they take the field for the inaugural game at Parker H. Petit Field at Georgia State Stadium, the Panthers will gather in their brand new locker room.

Tonight, they saw their new digs for the first time.

Georgia State opens the 2017 season on Thursday, Aug. 31, hosting Tennessee State at 7 p.m. at Georgia State Stadium, the former Turner Field that has been converted into the home of Panther Football.
