Participated in 34 of the 36 GSU matches… Was 13-8 in the number one flight with twin sister Teegan Van Gunst… Defeated the number one pair from top-ranked Pepperdine… Also earned wins over the top pairs from TCU and FAU… Was 10-3 in the number two position with Brooke Weiner… Twice defeated the number two pair from No. 7 LSU… Also picked up wins over No. 8 South Carolina and FAU… Named CCSA Pair of the Week with Brooke Weiner on March 7 after a 4-0 St. Augustine Tournament… Her 23 wins were third most on the team.


Transferred to Georgia State after four years of court volleyball at Georgia Tech. 


Started all 32 matches... became the ninth player in school history to accumulate 1,000 career kills and 1,000 career digs... ranked third on the team in kills (265) and digs (326)... fourth on the team with 45 assists... named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll. 


Started in all 31 matches... second on the team with 302 kills... third on the team in digs (321) and blocks (74)... named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll. 


Started all 31 matches... accumulated 326 kills, 212 digs, 58 blocks... named to the 2014 All-ACC Academic Team and the ACC Academic Honor Roll.


Played in 29 matches, started 23 as a true freshman... accounted for 121 kills, 21 aces, 57 blocks, 242 digs... named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll.


Annika Van Gunst is the daughter of Hauke and Kristi Van Gunst... born 2/17/1995... played with her twin sister, Teegan at Georgia Tech, and will continue to play with her at Georgia State... earned an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech... will pursue a career in Business Administration.
