*GSU Beach is in St. Augustine for four duals over two days this weekend.
*The Panthers will face a pair of top-ten teams, and three CCSA rivals.
*Georgia State is 2-2 after their first four duals of the year.
ATLANTA- No. 13 Georgia State is back on the beach this weekend for four matches in St. Augustine, Florida. The weekend is highlighted by top-fifteen matchups against No. 9 South Carolina and No. 6 LSU. The Panthers will also take on Texas A&M Corpus Christi and fellow CCSA member, UNC Wilmington.
Action will begin Saturday morning at 11:30 a.m. when the Panthers meet sixth ranked LSU. State will have a short break before battling Texas A&M Corpus Christi at 3:30 p.m. Sunday will see GSU in a morning doubleheader meeting UNCW at 9:30, before a rematch with No. 9 South Carolina. The Panthers fell to the Gamecocks 5-0 in the opening dual of the season last weekend.
Georgia State has seen production from Panthers both young and old through one week of regular season play. Graduate students Teegan Van Gunst and Tiffany Creamer teamed up for a 2-0 record at the Stetson Spring Fling, including a victory over No. 4 Florida State’s top pair. Freshmen Ashley Bauchert and Eden Hawes also landed a 2-0 mark with a pair of three set wins.
