Garrett Gorringe finished his high school career with a state championship and then made his move to Georgia State.

The 6-4, 280-pounder was a leader on the offensive line for the 15-0 Grayson Rams of the largest classification group, AAAAA. He played several games in his new home at the Georgia Dome. Grayson earned a No. 3 national ranking by one poll.  Gorringe was chosen to play in the GACA North-South All-Star game.
