Two Football Games to be Televised on CSS

ATLANTA-Georgia State's football games against Jacksonville State (Sept. 18) and Morehead State (Oct. 2) will be televised live on CSS.

As previously announced, Georgia State's season-ending contest at Alabama on Thursday, Nov. 18 will be nationally televised on ESPNU.

Additionally, Georgia State's Oct. 23 game at Old Dominion is scheduled to air regionally on The Comcast Network in the mid-Atlantic region with a kickoff time of 3:30 p.m., giving the Panthers four live television exposures in their inaugural season. Clearance in the Atlanta market for the GSU-ODU game is to be determined.

The Jacksonville State and Morehead State games will both kick off at 1 p.m. at the Georgia Dome and air live on Comcast/Charter Sports Southeast (CSS), the cable network serving over six million customers in 13 states.

Matt Stewart, a Georgia State alumnus, will call the play-by-play, and Chuck Oliver will provide color analysis.

In addition to television coverage for selected games, all GSU football games can be heard on the Georgia State Radio Network, including Atlanta flagship Newstalk 1160 AM.
